To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 來希慎廣場是幫公司買物資,行到腳累還未找到那間店舖。趕不及回家吃晚飯,便在11樓的美食廣場看看。美食廣場有好多不同地方的菜式,真是令我有點眼花撩亂。最後選擇了超過半年沒吃的台灣菜~百芳池上便當。-HK$20炸花枝丸~花枝就是烏賊又名墨魚。這個花枝丸的墨魚肉沒有打至全蓉,所以吃下來還吃到粒狀的墨魚肉又保持彈牙的感覺。-HK$30台式鹽酥雞~脆薄的外層,帶有一絲絲九層塔的香味。雞肉質地嫩滑又保持多汁,來醃雞肉的醃料之一,五香粉不太搶喉,還吃到辛香又不死鹹的胡椒盬。-HK$38百芳豬扒米漢堡~這個米漢堡是不是由台灣著名菜~刈包演變出來呢?! 這裡的米漢堡是採用台灣米,咬下去有點飯焦但不會太乾。微辣的豬扒,配上大量生菜,減少油膩感覺。-HK$28芝士奶蓋玫瑰鐵觀音~鹹香又綿密的芝士奶蓋配上氣味芬芳馥郁的玫瑰花及清幽的鐵觀音令我放鬆又去除口腔肥膩。
