繼上星期去崇志街覓食後,今個星期又黎到同一個地方繼續尋覓新餐廳.今次經過呢間鮮雞湯麵既專門店有花膠雞湯見到已經心郁郁,已經唔洗諗走左入去試下.蟲草花膠雞湯以招牌無味精雞湯作為主打,經過足足8小時熬製既雞湯入口香濃充滿雞香.最重要係無味精,入口鮮甜不膩,飲完又唔會口渴,真材實料.配上滑溜既米線掛上雞湯精華入口相當滿足.配料有2大塊花膠,厚肉爽彈得黎又帶一陣膠原感.雞肉同樣香滑,肉質鮮嫩不帶冰鮮味,充滿雞香.招牌雞湯雲呑同樣鮮香不膩既雞湯入口清香鮮甜,配上新鮮鮮肉蝦雲呑.雲呑皮薄,內餡肉鮮彈牙,連雞湯一齊食滋味倍增.黃金雞翼炸雞翼上塗上一厚咸蛋黃,入口香酥鹹香.入口帶住沙沙蛋黃香,甘香惹味.煎墨魚餅墨魚餅雖然煎得唔算好香脆但入口充滿粒粒墨魚肉,相當彈牙帶住墨魚鮮味.
