之前睇到飲食台食評,「海鮮專家」唔識Live Lobster Thermidor ,蘑菇忌廉焗活龍蝦喺經典法國菜,龍蝦肉同白酒,蘑菇煑再放入原隻龍蝦焗,好似拿破倫都好鍾意食。算啦,信「專家」不如信自己。 午餐食唔到太多,Cheddar Bay Biscuits 全世界 Red Lobster 都係任食,新鮮熱辣辣,次次都要叫自己唔好食太多。叫雙蟹大餐,黃帝蟹加雪場蟹,好多地方都用雪場蟹扮黃帝蟹,一次上,清清楚楚。重有濃味蟹肉意粉。再加蟹肉薄脆同紅龍蝦沙律,滿足。
