To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

仲有唔夠幾日就到新年了,一到左新一年最重要嘅節日,各個食肆一定人山人海的了,所以為左唔同人逼就提早同屋企人過節食個團年飯。往年嘅團年飯都係食中菜多,今年就帶媽子食個自助餐等佢開心下。因為臨近農曆新年,酒店都佈滿新年裝飾,好有氣氛而全部財神公仔擺設都係人手做成,好趣緻。加上環境寛敝座位間隔足夠,坐得人幾舒服。前菜先食左啲冷盤,壽司/沙律/小食都唔錯,啱晒用黎開一開胃口,準備迎接呢度嘅四款限定食品。海鮮方面有五款可揀:長腳蟹/元貝/有殼蝦/剝殼蝦以及青口,雖然唔多但夠新鮮,肉質爽口彈牙啖啖肉。調味唔太咸,沾少少茄醬啱啱好。話口未完就聽到一陣銅片琴鈴聲,所以即刻去攞今晚嘅頭盤:海膽刺身丼。飯量唔算多,但三文魚/拖羅/玉子/海膽等粒粒堆到滿,而且刺身夠新鮮,海膽入口甘甜帶奶香。之後幫媽子攞左碗坊間少有嘅蟲草水鴨湯,味道清甜唔會好油膩,好啱近排乾燥嘅天氣滋潤一下。係湯品區隔離係各類嘅熟食,方魚炒芥蘭/咖哩豬排/泡菜炒蛤/枝竹炆羊腩都係惹味之選,清淡啲仲有素食揀。其中個黑椒牛仔骨焦香味濃,夠晒入味。食完咸品,就轉食少少甜品中和一下。因為一入門口就係甜品區,各種精緻甜品琳琅滿目擺在眼前,首先食左啲個

因為牛肉真係高質同食過翻尋味,所以即刻去ENCORE多轉,同時食埋佢呢度嘅手作批薩。批薩偏輕盈,批底好薄脆,簡單以芝士/蕃茄/辣肉腸調配已經好好食了。因為扒焗後方有個專用批薩爐,所以一REFILL師傅就會即場搓麵團做出黎,所以客人食到嘅都一定熱辣辣,脆卜卜。

黎到結尾又再次聽到銅片琴鈴聲,出場嘅係:火焰雪山。冰凍嘅紅莓味雪糕淋上燃燒中嘅RUM酒,一黎就已經酒香撲鼻。入口味道微酸又凍質感似雪葩,用黎消除整晚食下來嘅飽滯感就啱啱好了。

餐廳整體環境舒適,食物類型亦夠多同埋員工態度友善,以自助餐黎講性價比都高。下次除左團年飯,黎呢度慶祝生日或者中同GATHERING都係個唔錯選擇。
