話說好朋友生日，當然要食餐好少少慶祝一下，揀咗呢間中菜廳平日嘅晚上都滿座，非常旺場。點了幾款精選美饌享受一個開心晚上▶️酥炸焗釀鮮蟹蓋 - 蟹蓋內盛載滿滿嘅蟹肉，絕無揸流攤，食完好滿足！▶️脆香三疊 - 腰果/合桃Ok好味，最特別係炸蓮藕片，薯片般嘅口感▶️極品蜜汁叉燒 - 燶邊半肥瘦叉燒，肉質嫩滑，蜜汁味道香濃▶️花雕貴妃醉鵝肝 - 酒味較濃，鵝肝口感就較綿密，入口即化▶️招牌炸子雞 - 整晚最出色嘅一道菜，上枱時有驚喜，皮脆肉嫩，以炸蓮藕片伴碟亦別具特色▶️龍蝦湯蟹肉瑤柱乾燒伊麵 - 稍為失色，炒得不夠乾爽，有點油膩▶️麻香栗蓉煎堆仔 - 創新做法以栗子蓉做餡，我自己覺得味道都可以餐後感：整體食物質素非常好，服務水準之上，多謝3 位靚女朋友搵到呢間質素咁好嘅中菜廳！
