To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification.    最近都系養成咗做咩都習慣做一下記錄咁,所以前幾日出去食飯嘅事情一定系要mark低喇。太湖海鮮城超級多海鮮吖,真系彙聚咗各式各樣,食起身非常之方便咯,三弄回味牛肉,之前都未食過,表面好新鮮厚實,好在點嘅分量比較足,幾驚幾個人食唔夠吖,最尾仲多加咗一份牛肉。姜米活魚炒飯,活魚真系好新鮮,而且魚香味好濃,粒粒炒飯都充分吸收咗魚鮮味道,粒粒分明,魚片大小均勻,新鮮入味,好嫩滑,大家都系無停過筷子。不過食飯嘅時候真系超級多人吖,感覺都系有小小逼喇,所以侍應招呼會稍微慢小小。
