To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 終於度有秋意嘅11月 當然要食大閘蟹啦翠亨村呢個大閘蟹宴 唔錯值得介紹👍🏻跟返佢嘅上菜次序逐個介紹返先1️⃣乳鴿 熱辣辣香口 味道不錯🤭2️⃣蟹粉豆腐羹 蟹粉香濃配上嫩滑嘅豆腐口感層次感豐富😍3️⃣我哋嘅主角.大閘蟹反而大閘蟹冇乜特別之處 不過不失4️⃣炒石斑塊 彈牙入味 超唔錯🫶🏻5️⃣蟹粉豆苗 蟹粉都多但係豆苗就唔算特別好食6️⃣帶子炒飯 原粒帶子好大粒 炒飯香口😁7️⃣薑汁湯圓 大大粒 薑味好濃餐廳配有25年老花雕任飲配上大閘蟹 超級正❣️同埋仲有rosey wine 不過就覺得一般比較淡 冇乜特別之處🥹
