對翠華嘅印象依然停留喺魚片河同照妖鏡上,估唔到今日竟然喺荃灣廣場見到佢嘅蹤影,個名亦都轉左做冰廳,感覺好似升級左難得選擇多左就叫D其他茶記無嘅野 - 風味香草雞扒板上燒 $95跟餐先黎個羅宋湯+餐包,本身仲納悶緊點解無上牛油,結果食落先知原來係提子包,唔洗搽牛油已經夠香,咬落好鬆軟無幾耐就上鐵板,非常貼心地圍左邊,倒汁時唔怕彈到成件衫都係雞扒大大塊,外皮似乎用左半煎炸形式去處理,香脆得黎一D都唔油膩,雞肉厚身,口感嫩滑;外皮本身用左香草去調味,唔洗加汁已經夠香,但佢個黑椒汁都非常惹味,令成件事昇華左配菜方面都唔馬虎,唔係港式扒房嗰D急凍3色蔬菜 (粟米、甘荀、綠豆),而係有牛油炒香過嘅西蘭花、蕃茄仔同磨菇好老實,$98喺茶記嘅消費可能偏貴,但呢個價錢食到個高質嘅鐵板燒,而且服務仲要快手得黎專業,搣甩曬一般茶記嗰種滾水淥腳嘅感覺最後黎杯即磨咖啡(跟餐)為成件事劃上一個完美句號❤
