今日放下晝想食啲簡單嘢,隨便就去左附近翠華,估唔到佢咁著重我哋嘅健康, 有有營餐單比我吔揀,值得讚賞。有營健康餐單以蔬菜同健康食材為主,例如冰鎮或者白灼秋葵、白菜蝦水餃米線、菜蔬炒意粉、炒雜菜等, 是比較健康嘅選擇。我同朋友叫咗一份白灼秋葵,一碗招牌魚蛋魚腐米線,四寶丸米線,加多一個脆脆豬。啲秋葵附上wasabi同日本豉油,點嚟食冇咁寡會易D入口,值得推介。兩碗米線上枱熱辣辣,不過不失。而脆脆豬稍為未夠熱,多醬搭夠。
