番本做緊生蠔優惠,好多人食,book枱都等左陣,個場好大地方,坐得都幾密密麻麻,但放題黎講坐得唔算逼,都幾多侍應,上菜都好快。一坐低叫刺身先,有赤貝同白玉拖羅,另外再叫左三文魚,帶子,甜蝦,鯛魚,榮螺片,最重要係有象拔蚌刺身,上次黎都仲未有嘅。三文魚係腩位夠肥美新鮮,帶子大粒,味道就偏淡。榮螺有咬口但就本身無咩味,鯛魚新鮮,比三文魚同白玉拖羅彈牙,甜蝦鮮甜creamy,赤貝口感ok,好過上次,而且有少少海水嗰種海鮮味,我特別鍾意,象拔蚌刺身就比想像中探微啲,不過都相當彈牙。壽司方面我叫咗嘅同刺身差唔多,有三文魚壽司,象拔蚌壽司,玉子壽司,同埋另外一個比較少見嘅針魚壽司,針與壽司用咗有子醋去醃,食落有浸酸甜味,好開胃,有啲似秋刀魚,好新鮮,平時唔係成日食到,呢個值得推介。北海燒蠔,好食但係好樓,充滿着芝士白汁嘅味道,個號都鮮味,但係有少少比芝士蓋過咗,食一碗都已經飽晒。芝士燒帆立貝,我覺得酸咗啲,但係果汁都仲係好好食嘅,有啲蟹子喺上面,口感幾好。燒翠玉瓜當食菜,唔會燒得太林,仲有好多水份,咬落爽甜香脆。雞軟骨細細粒,好香脆,感覺唔油膩,食完想繼續食落去。今晚嘅主角一定係生蠔,呢度提供三款
