Restaurant: Chong Fat Chiu Chow Restaurant

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今晚終於與家人一起來了創發,吃它一頓痛快。今次叫的菜跟上次一樣,都是煎蠔餅、鹵水鵝片、煮紹菜什、涼瓜排骨湯、炸雙棗、凍馬友一條及甜品翻沙芋。每桌都有的炸黃花魚很受歡迎,太太及姊姊差不多吃光。煎蠔餅卜卜脆,雖然賣相普通,不過好吃。而且一碟有兩大塊餅,蠔仔也多,真的是物有所值。煮紹菜什其實海鮮多過菜,又有魚蛋又有魚片又有魷魚,抵食。凍馬友幾特別,我們都頗喜歡。最後姊姊們叫了翻沙芋,說現在已經很少見到。吳小小說非常好吃,尤其是表層的那一浸糖衣。太太說不覺得很特別,我覺得都幾好。埋單都是六百多,我們六人,每人都是一百元左右,不算貴。
