To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日心血來潮過左去南豐食lunch,原本以為會好多人,所以提早打左去預約,去到時其實都係坐滿一半左右,唔駛book 位既...主要食上海野,所以唔會有一盅兩件嗌,叫左小籠包,醉豬腳,生煎包,上海粗炒同埋佢個招牌核桃薰蛋,三個人食岩岩好。個薰蛋係流心蛋黎,核桃有花生,夠香甜,煙薰味足夠,兩者配合得好好,值得一食!小籠包就相對冇咩特色,雖然夠熱,但湯同個醋,肉都唔會食完嘩一聲,不過不失啦!生煎包好味,包底好脆,又多肉汁,大細適中豬腳就唔夠酒味喇,明顯係用酒浸得唔夠時間,不過可取既係做到爽既效果,唔會一咬落去好似好多骨膠原既感覺,如果有少少豬骨肉會更好!粗炒就不值一提喇,太油太普通,百幾蚊一碟唔值得...埋單要四百蚊,性價比低,老飯店完全食唔出個老字,食物質素唔差但係冇特色,同樣價錢去連鎖上海菜館會有更多選擇....

豬腳就唔夠酒味喇,明顯係用酒浸得唔夠時間,不過可取既係做到爽既效果,唔會一咬落去好似好多骨膠原既感覺,如果有少少豬骨肉會更好!

粗炒就不值一提喇,太油太普通,百幾蚊一碟唔值得...

埋單要四百蚊,性價比低,老飯店完全食唔出個老字,食物質素唔差但係冇特色,同樣價錢去連鎖上海菜館會有更多選擇....
