To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

好耐冇行過跑馬地了，今天約了朋友去了一間跑馬地的舊建築看展覽，順路覓食一番。有點想食中式野，行行下見到位於上斜的上海 餐廳。雖然裝修不算華麗， 它的掛畫和擺設，也洋溢著老上海的感覺。正值午市時段叫了兩個套餐加兩款小點。花雕醉雞配擔擔麵醉雞十分嫩滑入味，擔擔麵幼滑，叫了一個小辣的版本。蔥爆牛肉配上海菜飯牛肉炒得很香，很入味，份量也不少，整體不算太油膩 。弄堂菜肉餛飩是他們的招牌餛飩，小棠菜 加碎豬肉，皮薄餡靚，用料新鮮，好好味。小籠包即叫即蒸 肉汁豐富。
