其實鹵水汁.最緊要.要歷史悠久...家中是很難做的.......點了.一碟鵝片飯40元..湯5元...可樂5元.........是胡椒豬肚湯:用了,不少骨煲的..十分清甜...胡椒辣味中等,反而令踠湯味道更惹味....鵝片飯:肥佔2成.肉8成.肉味鮮甜...我反而覺得..是普通鵝片..試不出.鹵水汁...不過都好食....有機會..我會重臨
