一月上旬小店滷水鵝要早來的鳥兒才得吃,偶試過六點來,只賣剩豬頭肉。碰了釘子後學乖了,三時許到來,但仍排著人龍,佔了一席位叫下鵝肉飯,再來例湯。例湯是青紅蘿蔔瘦肉湯,清潤甜美,夠熱沒下味精,$10/碗著實滿意。而鵝肉雖然滷得略為熟了半分,然而胸的部分不韌,有著薄薄的鵝臊味,滷水膽雖不如滷八般醇厚,卻香而不嗆,在區內難找到同級的對手。更多汕頭當地滷水鵝的故事分享@http://foodxfile.blogspot.com/2010/01/blog-post_12.html
