To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 夜晚踢完波要搵地方開飯，跟左個朋友去佢飯堂食飯，話有住家菜的水準喎。上到去可能因為夜左少少(九點幾先上到去)，所以食的人唔多，唔駛等位就有得坐點的菜都交哂俾我個朋友發板，一湯兩餸湯係燉湯，原煲上，唔記得個湯名lu，只係記得有落鯊魚骨，個湯夠哂入味，落的料算足，不過兩個人飲真係多左少少，因為我同個朋友每人都飲左四碗到。48蚊一煲呢個價真係抵到爛。兩個主菜，第一個係鎮江骨，炒出黎個賣相唔錯，d肉汁仲係度，有唔少肉食，唔只係得骨，唔會太韌，不過可能自己已經送哂飯，後尾就咁食肉個味會偏咸第二個係柚子西檸雞，同普通西檸雞唔同的可能係個汁，多左柚子果隻甜味，唔覺酸，雞炸完望落去有d油，但係又幾好食最後送番個海帶綠豆沙作終結。前後唔駛200蚊就落到樓。
