探望老友,老友帶我到他的居所附近的潮洲菜館吃燒鵝。走過幾個街口到了福榮街聯邦廣場的「馬師傅菜館」,地點位置比較偏僻,幸得朋友帶路。燒鵝暫停改吃滷水鵝碟頭飯,滷水鵝肉味道不錯,還有一盅燉湯,湯料有防黨、北芪、冬蟲草花、瘦肉、雞腳、紅棗、龍眼肉,材料十足,湯水清甜。豉汁蒸排骨,肉排很腍滑,符合酒樓應有水準,最驚喜是肉排下的無渣柚皮,好吃!牛柏葉都很滿意。很失望的流沙奶黃包,一團奶黃球,沒有流沙!鴛鴦水晶包,黑芝麻蓉較合味道,另一款麻蓉不太喜歡。茗茶$8一位都相宜,有機會再來試試潮式點心與燒鵝。
