之前仲係返立法會傳譯時,成日都會圍埋一齊交換飲食經,記得某位議員講中環有間尼泊爾菜好地道正宗老字號,忽然間想起就黎試下由於唔記得左名,Search完先發現香港尼泊爾餐廳只有兩間。。。 夜晚的soho,情調十足加上燈光昏暗,的確是中環獨有風景,不過影相就比較難。坐低後Staff講有特別優惠,食夠$1000會送尼泊爾RUM酒,兩個人試下食唔食到啦~ 說時遲那時快,先送上每檯都會有的前菜脆薄片,帶咸的脆片上面有洋蔥碎,紅蘿蔔還有香草,可以點上附上的三款特色尼泊爾醬,邊食邊等其他主菜。紅色的有少少微辣,而綠色就有少少薄荷香草的味道,自己就喜歡紅色那種比較惹味。之後就係推介的廚師雲吞Momo,可以揀炸或者蒸,餡料可以揀雞肉/羊肉/蔬菜,我地揀左蒸雞肉餡,造型似中式小籠包不過就是胖胖版本,薄皮包著超重手的餡料,好大舊雞肉球仲有少少香料味,雖不至爆湯汁那種,但雞肉是充滿肉汁,的確係幾唔錯,食完3個已經有少許飽。香草薯仔薄餅造型有點似中式芋蝦,不過佢係用薯仔做主要材料。皇室雜菜尼泊爾菜比較偏向肉類,所以叫左個咖喱雜菜,金黃色的咖哩入面有大量蔬菜,有青豆、西蘭花、椰菜花、蘿蔔、蘑菇、素芝士等等,最重要係

皇室雜菜尼泊爾菜比較偏向肉類,所以叫左個咖喱雜菜,金黃色的咖哩入面有大量蔬菜,有青豆、西蘭花、椰菜花、蘿蔔、蘑菇、素芝士等等,最重要係無話煮到淋晒,唔太食得辣所以叫左微辣,個人覺得個咖哩係偏向奶香那種。

叫左咖哩當然有叫返個飯同Naan,香草藏紅花米飯$78,係用返尼泊爾傳統銅製的器皿烹制,有特強的鎖汁功效,長身米飯煮得粒粒分明,唔油膩口感軟軟的,無中國米飯咁飽滯,個器皿好似好細,但其實份量都幾足的,仲有淡淡香料香氣。

侍應怕我地唔夠食仲點左個Naan,烤得鬆軟彈牙,要黎點咖哩正到爆,用手拎住食都唔覺油膩,食落仲有天然麵粉香,食唔晒都要打包走~~

最後都係食唔夠$1000,唯有下次再黎!值得一讚係侍應好細心,會根據喜好推介食物,而且餐牌有中文英文,就算唔識睇尼泊爾文都可以輕鬆叫到野食。
