Honey公司週六喺銅鑼灣有活動,忙咗大半日下午茶先有空檔出黎食少少野充飢 。因時間實在緊迫,兩口子就求其行咗去後面街間「黃枝記」度醫肚。店子位於一樓同二樓,食客必先行上梯級。樓梯口有一大幅師傅手持雲吞麵o既相,鮮明中帶點懷舊,似乎寓意著老字號歷久彌堅 。梯頂上o既吊燈卻又散發出一股新潮o既氣息。門旁o既對聯則古潮合璧,玩味濃得幾過癮 :「無酒安能邀月飲,有錢最好食雲吞」。餐廳環境光鮮,座位與座位間有足夠o既活動空間,較一般雲吞麵店舒適闊落。用上o既木造椅櫈都有個「黃」字,應該係家族姓氏。窗邊掛上多條玉佩吊飾,唔知同風水有冇關呢 ?!柱身貼有餐牌及造麵照片。其中主打飯品居然係「黯然叉燒飯」,莫非師傅係「食神」o既入室弟子 ?!牆身簡單貼上傳統造麵過程o既相片,顯出店主飲流懷源之情。餐桌上調味齊備。等待食物時,不妨細閱印喺餐墊上「黃枝記」o既歷史簡介 。外出天氣寒冷,二人先各自叫咗杯熱飲。柑桔生薑茶($18):熱力十足o既薑茶夠薑又暖胃,辣得黎又唔會過火,加入咗甜甜o既柑桔沖製效果好潤喉 。既然食店由雲吞麵起家,XO仔當然係要叫返碗雲吞麵黎試啦! 鎮店雲吞麵($38):真
