To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 金記冰室是香港的老品牌,幾年前經過轉型後,而家成為一個集團連鎖經營,新店在筲箕灣開業不久,今日約咗朋友食晏。餐廳裝修光猛樓底高,又有大玻璃,感覺開陽舒服。朋友說經常都點唔到豬膶通粉,咁剛剛問侍應還有最後一份,便立即落Order。另外聽說佢呢度嘅海南雞飯都唔錯。咁我亦都點咗一份。豬潤通粉我哋改成米粉,感覺上襯一點,侍應彈性處理唔錯,而呢個餐仲包括豬仔包,炒滑蛋同凍飲,都算非常飽肚同抵食。豬潤米上枱時仲熱辣辣,而且薑絲下得足夠,豬潤又有用酒醃過,整體上都唔錯,湯都飲咗大半碗,而滑蛋豬仔包就茶餐廳水準,合格👍我點的海南雞飯是去骨版本,連雞中翼都去埋骨,夠細心,有甜豉油薑油點雞,仲有例湯加杯凍飲都係$68,相當抵食。雞肉十分之嫩滑,連雞胸都唔乾,但主角反而係碗油飯,充滿南疆香茅的香味,唔使幾啖就食哂。而例湯都非常足料,這個套餐抵食,值得推介😋

感覺開陽舒服。
