To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

之前幫襯過嘅黃店大多數都係 cafe，漢堡包店，甜品店，日式台式等新式食肆，好似金祥排骨麵呢一類街坊老店比例較少，真係好難得，所以更加需要多多支持。叫咗餐牌上精選推介嘅 No. 1 -- 菜膽雲吞排骨麵，水準係非常之高，首先排骨炸得外脆內軟，份量又超多，至於菜肉雲吞更加係皮薄餡靚，好好食，加埋白菜同無味精嘅湯底，成碗麵既滋味，感覺又較為健康。最近疫情肆虐，店內已轉用即棄餐具，減少病毒傳播嘅機會，值得一讚👍。
