To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

金祥排骨麵位於西環西營盤，係香港依然屹立不倒超過三十多年，經常都要排隊。下午五點左右經過見到冇乜人，想住入去食，點知老細話做埋俾你啦，仲以為係下午茶，原來老細意思係做埋我哋跟住就收舖。老字號裝修陳舊。菜膽雲吞排骨麵 $52炸排骨和湯麵分開排骨炸得非常鬆脆，熱辣辣，好味。菜肉雲吞非常大隻，菜肉均勻，味道唔錯。豆漿 +$7 ，豆漿太大杯，不會太甜，豆味濃郁。老字號保持到一定的水準，怪不得客人絡繹不絕。問老細幾點鐘開門？為什麼這麼早就收舖，老細話唔夠人手，早上11點開門，晚上5點到6:00收舖。真的有心來食的，真的要提議留意開舖時間。
