連續四年(2018-2022)米芝蓮💫餐廳,港島區煲仔飯老字號,食物當然有質素,就算等咗1個鐘都係值得嘅。啫啫雞煲 = $90雞煲味濃,上碟仲唦唦聲,淨係聽聲都夠哂誠意😍,豬膶夠哂大塊又唔騷,雞又嫩味濃,乾蔥🥬配洋蔥爆香材料真係好惹味。白鱔煲仔飯 = $125 加潤腸=$20白鱔毫無腥味,入口油脂滿瀉而且口感嫩滑,怕有骨嘅要小心慢慢食。以豆豉簡單醃製,食前倒上秘製醬油拌飯同吃,相當惹味。食煲仔飯加埋潤腸嘅油香,加熱會將油脂滲入米飯裡面,香上加香。煲仔飯的靈魂🔥當然是飯焦,飯底夠焦香而不燶,要幾大塊都有,食落脆卜卜,而且米香味極重!
