今日老公話想食Pizza,就帶佢嚟到呢間充滿歐陸風情嘅意大利餐廳。一坐低見到餐廳係用緊懷舊嘅紅白格仔枱布,覺得好有格調。Mix Antipasti意大利特色嘅小食拼盤,有煙三文魚、香炸雞肉餅、新鮮炸魷魚、多士、新鮮青瓜同車厘茄,淨係賣相已經好豐富。我最鐘意就係炸魷魚圈,將熱辣辣嘅魷魚圈點埋黑松露沙律醬一齊食,會更香。😝Risotto ai Funghi 白松露香油牛肝菌意大利燴飯呢個Risotto係我今餐飯嘅最愛!🙌🏼 白松露油嘅獨特香氣融入每一粒米飯,搭配上牛肝菌,口感豐富得嚟有層次,每一啖飯都好rich好creamy!另外米飯嘅熟度都燴得剛好,有咬口得嚟唔會過硬或太軟。Parma Gorgonzola e Cipolle(巴馬臣火腿、哥根蘇拿芝士、洋葱)呢個係傳統手工pizza,餅底嘅厚薄適中,口感相對柔軟濕潤,微微煙韌,pizza邊焗得好香脆。Parma Ham同Gorgonzola芝士既鹹香非常夾,成個pizza口感豐富。Tiramisu有creamy嘅Mascarpone cheese,再融合微苦嘅咖啡微苦同可可粉嘅香甜,口感細膩而柔滑。至於份量方面都幾大件,夠兩個人食。
