To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 永年,相信住元朗/天水圍的人一定不會陌生。從以前即棄碗便開始吃了(未裝修以前),是很傳統的車仔麵檔,沒有什麼收銀機的。現在裝修了,所有東西都系統化。相比之前更有條理。以車仔麵來說,它是五星級了。已經試過很多不同的餸,最喜愛的還是豬紅,每次必定會叫的。但經常賣完就沒了,所以不可以太晚去。菠蘿冰沒什麼味道,真的一大半都是冰。
