我去咗一間超過20年歷史嘅老字號鐵板燒餐廳。平時好少去,但見午市做緊66折優惠,就大方一次慶祝一下。呢度以新鮮食材同獨特服務出名。叫咗一份雙人餐,有活龍蝦、鵝肝、銀鱈魚,仲可以揀和牛或者日本豬肉,總之好豐富。開始先食完沙律同前菜,之後上場龍蝦,仲有煎到出火,娛樂性豐富。每人分到半隻龍蝦,煮到半生熟好啱口。之後煎魚,皮脆肉嫩,鵝肝入口即溶。平時食鐵板燒都食牛,今次試吓食豬,佢哋講係北海道和豚,蔥同蒜頭肉夾埋豬肉薄片再煎到香脆,真係比牛更好食。食埋菜、炒飯,仲有剩嗰個龍蝦頭煲嘅湯,最後出場嘅服務就係叫廚師畫圖案,基本上乜嘢都可以畫,仲可以寫上祝福語句,仲可以同廚師影幅靚相。最後食埋雪糕做甜品,就食完收錢走人
