今日同朋友嚟一間在香港己經扎根三十年嘅韓國餐廳,曾經得到米芝連獎項,今日終於有機會嚟試下。估唔到米芝蓮餐廳都有一個免費試食嘅角落頭,自家製嘅醃蘿蔔同埋農場梅汁,每位客人都可以隨意食用。一坐低職員先送上三款餐前開胃小食:泡菜、醃蘿蔔、菠菜芽菜、一片橙肉。小食顏色鮮豔,味道酸酸辣辣,十分開胃。醬油生蝦 醬油蝦有鹹鮮味,食一隻唔夠喉,我哋後尾追加多四隻,享受每一啖鹹鮮彈牙嘅蝦。一人烤牛排骨肉套餐喜歡食烤肉嘅我一定會點過燒肉餐,牛排骨肉切成一片片,有牛肉味又有咬口,入口甘香,燒肉必食之選。炆牛排骨套餐炆牛排骨就一舊舊連骨一齊炆,肉質好軟淋淋;湯底有紅枣,入口甘甜滋潤,女士恩物。檸檬梳打和柚子梳打兩款飲品都清爽酸甜,飯後嚟一杯清爽解膩。
