To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

這間小店一到食飯時間就好多人排，特別是午餐時間，可能近住香港大學，好多學生幫襯，相信原因之一是價格商宜，而且質素唔錯🍜上海排骨炒麵：排骨上檯時仲熱辣辣，酥脆香口，食落口又唔肥膩，不愧為此店王牌食物；椰菜新鮮爽口，配上一口排骨就啱啱好🍜菜胆牛肉雲吞麵：雲吞大大隻多菜，雖然厚皮但因為多料就覺得剛剛好；牛肉入味，入口即溶。其實咁細碗麵有3隻雲吞、3塊牛肉都算多餸，而且只係$49，性價比非常高，唔怪得咁多學生捧場
