老字號，經歷過風風雨雨，仍然屹立不倒！無論裝潢，氣氛都是以前風格風情。每次都會食薑汁撞奶，奶白得像冰面，滑溜溜。食時小心熨口，新鮮熱辣，入口隨即薑味散發，然後撞奶會自己自然地溜入口中，好香好滑，果然人氣之選咁多年，沒有被人遺忘。
