香港越南菜餐廳名好多都有個「越」字,以為呢間Viet Bu Tong響香港好多分店,原來只係得三間分店,仲要都係開響好Chill既旅遊區 - 黃金海岸,赤柱同愉景灣。既然去Chill就先叫杯Cocktail,女侍應話呢杯Blue Cocktails $78係佢favourite,咁我就試下啦,由Rum,Vodka,Blue Curacao,Peach Schnapps,Pineapple Juice加Sprite溝成,飲落覺得有少少藥水味,不過唔難入口...下次有機會我要試有Baileys溝果杯The Predator!越式芝士蛋夾餅 $88 餡料選了香辣肉碎,好大份,好多肉碎,微辣,芝士味都濃。但夾餅切成三份,中間果份只係兩塊蛋皮夾住肉碎同芝士,夾起就跌晒啲肉碎。而蛋餅個底邊有少少透明物體,但放入口又好似可食用,我無考究係乜...因為已經呑左香辣老乾媽豬腩肉湯河粉 $88 正喎!豬腩肉唔係好肥,算係半肥瘦,老乾媽溝埋個湯好好飲,唔會太辣,只係香口。
