To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今年農曆新年不在香港，所以提早跟家人吃團年飯，不想到一般連鎖酒樓，素聞香港老飯店的名聲，一放藉此機會試試。＊＊＊＊＊＊＊＊＊＊＊＊＊＊可能年近歲晚，平日夜晚的老飯店亦非常旺埸，好彩我們有預早訂定枱。厚厚的餐牌內餸菜有過百款，其中主要為上海菜，常見的上海名菜都能在這裡找到。茗茶$15/位，小吃$20/碟，收費合理。小食一至三位有一碟，酸菜酸香十足非常開胃。鎮江餚肉($128)鎮江餚肉是我非常喜歡的一道上海冷盤，幾乎每次食上海菜必點。這道鎮江餚肉每一塊都大小均稱，一口一件，豬手和豬手湯凍形成獨特的花紋，非常吸引。豬手肉質軟腍，半透明的豬手湯凍很彈口，蘸上鎮江醋佐食味道不錯。松子黃魚($238)松子黃魚粒炸到脆卜卜，糖醋汁酸酸甜甜，非常開胃。火腿津白($118)津白很香甜，金華火腿鹹香味濃郁，空口吃會有點過鹹，但配著津白一起吃就剛剛好。上海炒粗麵($128)上海炒粗麵份量非常多，足夠四人分吃，但粗麵口感偏腍，如果彃口一點會更好。豆沙軟餅($160)豆沙軟餅都幾大份，建議四至六人分吃。豆沙軟餅比平時的豆沙窩餅有點不同，餅皮較厚，軟得來有點彈性，豆沙甜度適中，整體都不錯。總結，除了上海炒粗麵較
