約左friend去蘭桂芳happy hour,嚮附近搵隨便間餐廳食飽後再直落,經過翡翠中心見到有間施心畢老撾餐廳,見未食過咪試吓囉。我未去過老撾,不知當地情況,但餐廳格局很平實,有著一份簡樸感覺。見老闆極力推介紙米卷,一口氣點了鮮蝦及札肉兩種口味,外層煙韌,咬落爽口兼有陣陣簿荷淡香,很清新士拉差蜜糖雞翼好好味,而且餐廳先將中翼開邊後才處理,細件左方便一眾女士;同時亦讓內層更容易入味。呢碟紅咖哩雞見球,份量十足,如果冇男士在場一定食唔晒。可能是order少辣的關係,就算平時不吃辣,也會被淡淡咖喱香吸引。豬頸肉沙津跟熟口熟面的沙律不一樣,我想這是地道特色吧! 沒有了沙律醬,換來原味樸實。最後,叫左碗材料豐富的海鮮粉,我最印象深的是它的湯底,鮮味濃郁,正!
