Restaurant: Daddy's Kitchen

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

難得的下午，男朋友能和放工後的我一起享用下午茶。他提議到新開不久的Daddy's Kitchen，可以試試新餐廳食物，我當然很有興趣！ 餐廳樓底很高，面積感覺很闊落，有塊大大的落地玻璃，日頭透入自然光很舒服很寫意。室內亦有設計，可見店主的心思，為食客打造舒適享用食物的環境。 下午2:30-5:30是下午茶時間，另有午餐供應。 我選擇了碎蛋煙三文魚法飽配薯條，加$8熱珍珠奶茶。先食薯條，想不到這款幼身的薯條外面脆而有充滿薯味！很好味！法飽微脆的飽面加上鬆軟的麵包口感一流易咬，碎蛋煙三文魚味道不過不失。 男朋友選擇了午餐的馬來咖哩雞飯，配了凍珍珠奶茶。咖哩很香很重椰奶味，微辣，雞件肉質也很滑！男朋友點的咖哩雞飯很合我口味，哈哈，忍不住吃多幾啖！ 冷和熱的珍珠奶茶味道都不錯！熱的珍珠更好咬口，我很喜歡。聽說晚餐食物味道也很好，有機會一定要再來老爹試試。
