To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

馬鞍山老爹茶居從朋友口中得知已屹立馬鞍山多年，也是他由小到大的飯堂🤣，最近起了聞名不如見面之心，決定去見識一下，果然名不虛傳、是一所令人食指大動的餐廳，餐單豐富、更了解到各日也設有每日精選餐單，套餐中附上的南瓜忌廉湯令人一試難忘，而餐包熱呼呼的送上檯也是一大驚喜，在餐飲上選擇同樣琳瑯滿目（眼見餐牌有：珍珠奶茶、各式水果茶、以及咖啡和巧克力等等，但是我下單了最基本的凍檸茶，凍檸茶底夠香👍🏻，今天嘗的主菜是厚豬扒，厚豬扒肉質嫩滑，美味多汁大大塊😋👍🏻。令外餐廳位置確實方便，位於新港城這個港鐵商場內，十分就腳👍🏻
