To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 與家人晚膳,最好不過當然是吃一些老牌中菜館,今次吃的是間主打正宗上海菜的名牌老店。賽螃蟹是著名北京菜,但材料中並沒有蟹肉,而是用蛋白模仿蟹肉而成的。蛋白營養豐富,口感嫩滑。劃破蛋黃,加上一點點醋同吃,口味清淡更能反映廚子手藝。燻蛋賣相精緻,令人垂延。蛋黃半凝固狀,晶瑩剔透。個人認為煙燻味道太濃郁,溏心蛋黃醇香黏口。合桃脆口但超甜,吃一口就要喝啖茶中和一下。本人從小就喜歡烤雙方,將蜜汁火腿和素烤方夾在麵包裏同吃,味道超讚!外層軟綿、內裡酥脆,火腿充滿蜜糖香氣,雙重口感,甜蜜又滋味。小籠包皮薄,內裏有湯汁,但並沒有爆汁。湯汁不夠鮮甜,味道沒有驚喜。一口一隻,剛剛好。
