To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 📍嘉麟樓半島酒店1樓中菜廳。米芝蓮一星餐廳(2017-21)坐位間位置距離其實夠,但樓底矮散唔到聲😂成晚聽住後面討論地皮同樓宇賣買😂裝修古色古香,有種懷舊感,燈光昏黃,其實都幾舒服嘅。懶人最快選擇就係叫tasting menu , 今晚揀左傳統宴,質素唔錯。廚師燒味拼盤- 陳醋花椒紅海哲頭、鵝肝金錢雞、蜜味叉燒,三樣之中最好食係鵝肝金錢雞紅燒宮燕,用雲腿做湯底煮個湯,好咸香美咪。花彫蛋白蒸龍蝦球,上枱已經有好香花彫味,龍蝦鉗啖啖肉,精華係個蛋白,酒香加龍蝦鮮甜,蛋白又夠滑,正👍🏻蠔皇中東25頭乾飽伴柚皮,醬汁香濃,飽魚彈牙,柚皮平日唔食的,但個汁好好味,點點下全部食晒🙊🙊炸釀鮮蟹蓋,又係啖啖蟹肉之選,伴碟仲放左隻蟹仔😂 好得意😂和牛崧帶子炒飯,和牛加帶子,又香又鮮味。甜品有金桔雙皮奶同楊枝甘露,蛋撻仔同棗泥糕,唔太甜好好食👍🏻👍🏻
