今次想同大家介紹吓呢間屹立左喺紅磡好多年嘅泰國菜,真係由細食到大。味道好,份量又多,而且店員非常親切有禮,大多數都係泰國人。酸辣明爐烏頭魚 $138今次試咗酸辣版嘅明爐烏頭魚,同平時嘅明爐烏頭嘅分別係呢一條烏頭魚係煎炸過。煎炸過後,烏頭魚嘅魚肉同埋魚皮更容易吸收酸辣湯,更入味。伴碟嘅蔬菜份量都好多,吸收左酸辣湯後非常惹味。蒜蓉炒椰菜苗$94 椰菜苗非常新鮮而且大碟。淨係用蒜蓉炒更加食得出菜嘅鮮甜味。燒雞翼(不辣)$22皮脆肉嫩,燒到啱啱好。雞翼裏面仍然係好多肉汁,外層醬汁調味都好正。椰汁斑蘭糕(贈送)最後店員送上小甜品,食完濃味嘅酸辣明爐魚再食呢個班蘭糕中和返真係啱啱好,非常貼心。
