今日朋友帶咗去銅鑼灣食串燒店名和居和居,唔講唔知點喺銅鑼灣已經有30年歷史此店是新店。入咗舖頭見到是全開放式廚房,無論刺身或者燒烤爐都睇得見,證明師傅對食物及衛生都好有信心。前菜叫了凍蕃茄,芥辣八爪魚,螢光魷魚,全部都好適合去送酒。魚生叫了赤貝,北寄貝及秋刀魚刺身,全部味道都好新鮮,上枱好靚,食材優質。另外叫了很多串串燒,有雞心雞肝雞皮雞腎,全部火候都剛剛好,香口但不會過熟。另外燒白鱔,魚肉處理得最好,冇腥味,非常爽口又彈牙,經過燒烤皮非常香脆,值得推介!點了燒車海老-大蝦,蝦肉好爽甜,Size好大隻,一食就知道係新鮮貨色,蝦頭有膏入口甘香。下酒的還有白飯魚乾及鹽燒魷魚鬚。最後點了炒雜菜及明太子燒飯團,飯團燒得外皮香脆有種飯焦的香,打開中間加上明太子,非常惹味!全部串燒都很出色,老師傅手藝都一流,火路控制得好,全部食物生熟恰當,調味剛剛好,不會蓋過食物的原味,果然係老牌食店,味道紮實有工架,經歷多年風采依然!
