老字號過江龍,屹立多年當然有吸引之處。不論其他只論沖泡茶的方式依然一絲不拘,每次有專人講解還會付上説明圖片,就是這份心意己另食客滿足。焙茶朝薰焙茶是我最鐘意的,喜歡那焦香的味道,清淡而又不帶苦澀。京式鰻魚飯原條鰻魚夠派頭。塗上的醬油恰到好處,不多不少,不油不膩,閃閃發亮,入口肥美,魚香滿溢。飯粒混合了醬油,有黏黏的口感,一啖鰻魚一啖飯,正!配菜的酸蘿蔔不可看少,夾雜在其中可中和飽滯感。抺茶芭菲香港限定版喔!一如既往抺茶雪糕順滑,那濃郁的緑茶味越食越醇厚。下面一層疊一層,有蕨餅,白玉,紅豆茸,脆米...意外地發現底層有士多啤梨粒,酸酸咪咪,另整體不太甜膩,果然係香港獨有的,滋味!

香港限定版喔!一如既往抺茶雪糕順滑,那濃郁的緑茶味越食越醇厚。下面一層疊一層,有蕨餅,白玉,紅豆茸,脆米...意外地發現底層有士多啤梨粒,酸酸咪咪,另整體不太甜膩,果然係香港獨有的,滋味!
