很久沒吃潮州打冷,但身在銅鑼灣真的沒有idea那裡會有潮州菜,剛巧有人派仲餐廳傳單於是隨手拿了一張看看,介紹的正是吃潮州菜的「十里潮香」,緣份到,就試試吧。《鹹菜胡椒豬肚湯 $38/位》胡椒味香濃,不會過辣,豬肚好腍,洗得好干凈沒有沙,飲完整個人都溫暖起來。《菜脯水晶餃、玉米水晶餃 $16》打開小蒸籠,两隻餃好飽滿,餡料好多,一隻是菜脯連花生和肉的餡;另一款是玉米肉餡,玉米香濃,味道豐富。《鹽香凍烏頭 $128》魚尾上面有元朗烏頭的出產標籤,原來元朗出產的烏頭優質,魚夠大條肉多份量足,肉質嫩滑,蘸上味道香濃的普寧豆醬,更有風味。《韭菜煮豬紅 $48》豬紅味道香濃,有質感實在,不會一夾就爛,韭菜全部在底下吸汁,夠味道但韭菜老些比較韌。
