To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 黃店小店,我本身係甜人,見到有黑糖珍珠奶茶,不過我係想飲鮮奶,記問老闆佢地既招牌珍珠鮮奶係咪斬係黑糖,原來係黑糖+焦糖,仲正!我飲熱,仲可以揀要全熱或暖暖地,好貼心!講返杯野飲,黑糖+焦糖令個甜味有少少焦焦地咁,幾特別。不過珍奶就無乜味🙁整體都可以,主要係黃店+服務加分😂
