今日中午team lunch，因為我就走，大老闆請食飯。我揀左呢間餐廳。中午有lunch set，$328 3 course。首先送上餐包，可以refill。頭盤我揀左Beetroot Cured Salmon，原來係厚切三文魚刺身，新鮮嫩滑，好食。主菜揀左Iberico Pork Saltimbocca，雖然比較難切，但肉質竟然唔鞋，仲唔錯添。甜品要Mango Coconut Tartlet，呢個都相當美味，撻皮夠脆，芒果鮮甜，吉士醬滑身，椰子雪葩都好出色。以下係佢地食既，影埋，佢地話好食。Daily SoupQuinoa Fruit SaladPoached Sole Roulade with Shrimp MousseBlack Sesame Panna Cotta
