To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 白色與紅色的湯底,色彩很大的對比,湯鍋也很特別,並不是平底,看似是圓形的,朋友說好像在那兒見過。

鮮蝦及美國安格斯牛肉,以麻辣湯煮過,去除腥味及肉羶味,更顯得原有味道突出,令大家愛上,西班牙黑豚肉也顯得更滑嫩。

大家也覺得這個麻辣湯配合肉類佳,假使普通的肉丸,也變得比一般火鍋店吃到的更好,而清湯配合蔬菜、響鈴、蜂巢豆腐等則更佳,而麻辣湯越吃越辣,後段大家有點吃不消的感覺,愛吃麻辣的朋友不在,相信他定會愛上。


最後當然是甜品,原來是沙冰,是普通的甜品,卻沒想過可以這樣配搭起來。


吃過火鍋,特別是麻辣湯,這個沙冰感覺非常配合,值得推薦。
