To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 之前都提過,火鍋對於香港人是有著一定的情意結,無論是傳統的鴛鴦鍋還是現在大熱的麻辣鍋、美人鍋,相信大家都不會陌生吧?!早前行經旺角煙廠街,發現了一間新開火鍋店,以舊日本地色彩、生活文化為主題,小店位於一樓,地面入口大大個霓虹光管招牌,入口複製了昔日戲院售票處的模樣,掛着「即日上映」的膠牌,沿樓梯直上,就好像進入了時光隧道一般,周遭都是不同的舊物,火水爐、收音機,手繪電影廣告、夜總會招牌和舊式木紋圓摺枱,地下還鋪上懷舊紙皮石,一景一物均充滿著七八十年代的昔日情懷,全都是一些老香港特色,對於新一輩來說可能完全沒見過,只是一些有趣得來老土的擺設,但對於筆者這個跨年代的「老人家」而言,卻是一些珍貴的回憶,童年時的感覺全都回來了。現在開始明白,父母以前常說的「舊時嗰陣」是怎樣的一回事,原來人大了經歷多了,緬懷過去就好像是一種生活的調味,甜酸苦辣在心中,捨不得、放不開……港式情懷、集體回憶就是這樣成為了大家心中重要珍惜的一環。用心別緻的裝修當然吸睛,食物種類和收費也很重要吧?!這個大家就不用擔心,皆因這店的價錢也算是街坊價,有齊港式前菜小食、海鮮拼盤、特色鍋底和不同的配料,加上任飲汽水,每位也只是

用心別緻的裝修當然吸睛,食物種類和收費也很重要吧?!這個大家就不用擔心,皆因這店的價錢也算是街坊價,有齊港式前菜小食、海鮮拼盤、特色鍋底和不同的配料,加上任飲汽水,每位也只是$258 / $298,價錢分別在於包有不同質素的牛肉,10點後宵夜時段更只是$178一位,預早訂座還會加送豪華花膠麻辣雞煲,實在超值,筆者當然約齊朋友一同來試一下。當晚選了$258一位的套餐,可以任食安格斯肥牛,而且因預早訂位的關係,還有花膠麻辣雞煲贈送,實行用盡優惠。

跟著便是花膠麻辣雞煲,因為朋友不太好辣,所以只點了小辣,辣度不強,花膠大大塊滑溜養生,足夠每人一件;雞件嫩滑惹味,份量十足完全無欺場。其他的配料如洋蔥、豬皮和豆卜亦很豐富,吸上濃厚醬汁更顯惹味。

吃完雞煲,店員即端來火鍋湯底,這店的鍋底款色也不少,足有9款選擇,除了基本的清湯和沙嗲鍋外,較特别的還有冬瓜蓮子百合、黃豆涼瓜排骨和泰式冬陰功鍋。筆者點來了另加$18的星洲肉骨茶鍋,湯底材料十足,排骨、蒜頭和油條支竹堆滿鍋中,藥材香陣陣飄來,味道剛好不會過濃,用來淥灼食材帶上淡淡的獨有藥材甘香,感覺滋補健康。

套餐有齊海鮮肥牛,安格斯牛小排,肉質粉嫩鮮紅,油脂分佈平均,牛味濃郁;海鮮拼盤雖不算很豐富,但都有齊大蝦、大大隻生蠔、蜆肉、青口、魚片和Q彈的墨魚滑,部分雖是冰鮮貨,但仍算鮮甜爽口,質素不錯。

食完火鍋正想離開之際,原來還有飯後甜品贈送,自家雜果涼粉紅豆冰,份量超多很有看頭,甘爽涼粉配上紅豆椰果雜果和碎冰,懷舊地道得來又冰爽解熱,吃完清涼得由頭爽到腳趾尾!正!
