妹記札根鴨脷洲幾廿年,從前由街邊大排檔起家,跟著轉了幾個經營地點都離不開大街,街坊食到相當有感情。冇錯,就係呢間,外表係一間好普通既小店,入面最出名係食鹵水鴨,因為鹵得夠入味,而且肉質很林,不過可能鴨始終係鴨,胸口肉略有dddd鞋。鴨頭,開頭覺得好肉酸不過食過之後停唔到口,因為個頭比個身更入味,而且骨中帶點肉,肉質更滑,岩哂鍾意"損"骨既人。食鹵水鴨要配碗米粉,多色多葱,再加埋自家制既白醋溝辣椒油最後小食一客,炸魚片加炸雲吞,脆卜卜好好味👍🏼
