今次我同朋友去試咗尖沙咀新開嘅餐廳,叫三鬚廚房,叫咗個二人套餐,真係食得好開心,食物製作好有心思。深海沙律 (Baby Squid, Green Apple, Peach Salad with Gorgonzola)首先上嚟嘅係深海沙律,裡面有墨汁吹筒仔、青蘋果同蜜桃,咁嘅配搭真係好特別。藍芝士嘅味道唔會太搶,配上新鮮水果,感覺好清新又有層次。老火忌廉湯 (Cream of Chinese Soup with Lotus Root and Dried Octopus)跟住係老火忌廉湯,本身聽講名好難想像,因為粉葛同埋蓮藕係中湯常見嘅配料,融入西湯真係第一次試。粉葛同蓮藕煮得好香滑,仲有乾章魚嘅香味,算係我飲過嘅西湯中最特別嘅一款。櫻花蝦蝦子XO醬意大利粉 (Prawn Spaghetti in XO Sauce & Sakura Shrimp)XO醬非常惹味,加上櫻花蝦,呢道菜上枱嘅時候賣相已經好吸引,味道亦好絕配,意大利粉食落去彈牙,一碟有五隻鮮蝦,鮮蝦唔單止體積大,而且肉質都好爽口,呢個主菜我覺得好滿意。3鬚名物卷 (Signature Sushi Platter)名物卷真係唔可以

3鬚名物卷 (Signature Sushi Platter)
名物卷真係唔可以錯過,色彩好靚,好似彩虹咁。每一件都好新鮮,無論三文魚、吞拿魚定係帶子,都非常新鮮,壽司飯係醋飯,味道都好正。

不是章魚丸 (Deep Fried Tang Yuan)
最後嘅甜品不是章魚丸,外型似迷你章魚丸,但食落係另一回事。外面酥脆,裡面軟滑嘅黑芝麻醬,甜味適中,為我哋嘅晚餐劃上完美句號。
