To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

我地三家人去餐廳食飯,總共分開左3枱,點餐同送餐服務都好差。1.我地叫左一個2人餐,其中一個係牛柳,咁QR CODE落單後就即刻叫左個職員埋黎,因為想選擇熟度。我:請問份牛柳可唔可以選擇個熟度職:我唔明你講咩我:我既意思係3成 5成果啲,因為我想食3成熟職:哦,即係你想問個牛可唔可以煮5成定7成熟?我:係呀,因為我想要3成職:arrr…我幫你問吓然後佢行去望住部電腦一陣,跟住行返過嚟職:你可以揀5成或者7成我:即係我可以選擇個熟度啦,咁我想要3成職:好嘅,冇問題10秒後行返黎職:你係想要3成?我:係。。。2.因為我哋三台枱分別點餐,所以其實都唔知其他枱係叫咗啲乜嘢,當我哋食晒正餐之後,就叫餐廳啲職員起甜品,點知等極都仲有兩份甜品未送到,之後就問啲職員點解仲未送到。然後就有個職員出嚟話已經送齊甜品,但係其中A枱的確仲有兩份冇收到,然之後就同佢講到底嗰兩份甜品去咗邊,佢就話已經送咗俾我哋,然之後佢就指住B枱,話我哋送咗過去。咁A枱就表示點解會將我哋份甜品送咗過去?問返B枱,佢就話我哋的確係有兩份兒童甜品,亦都食咗份甜品落肚。職員就表示佢真係送咗過去,感覺態度上認為自己完全冇責任。後來發現原

2.因為我哋三台枱分別點餐,所以其實都唔知其他枱係叫咗啲乜嘢,當我哋食晒正餐之後,就叫餐廳啲職員起甜品,點知等極都仲有兩份甜品未送到,之後就問啲職員點解仲未送到。

然後就有個職員出嚟話已經送齊甜品,但係其中A枱的確仲有兩份冇收到,然之後就同佢講到底嗰兩份甜品去咗邊,佢就話已經送咗俾我哋,然之後佢就指住B枱,話我哋送咗過去。

咁A枱就表示點解會將我哋份甜品送咗過去?問返B枱,佢就話我哋的確係有兩份兒童甜品
,亦都食咗份甜品落肚。職員就表示佢真係送咗過去,感覺態度上認為自己完全冇責任。後來發現原來職員將二人餐嘅甜品當成兒童甜品送咗俾B枱。

可能職員認為我哋互相認識,所以胡亂送都冇問題。而且事實上B枱已經食咗份甜品,B枱就表示我哋唔會知道兒童餐嘅甜品係咩樣,你送得過嚟咁我哋就會食。事實上的確係職員送錯甜品,所以會導致呢個誤會出現。

如果我哋三枱係用同一個QR code落單,我認為呢個錯誤出現都有機會,但我地3枱係分單叫,所有正餐都出餐正確,唯獨是甜品送錯了,咁樣就好明顯係職員出錯,而唔係我哋有問題。

職員一直強調已經送齊六份甜品,但細想一下其實佢仲欠我哋兩份甜品,但當時實在太混亂,而且因為小朋友生日不希望掃興,所以當時只追回一份兒童甜品。去到後期職員發現自己做錯了,非常不服氣地說「可能真係我哋啲職員送錯啦。」然後完全沒有歉意地幫我哋落返一份兒童甜品

3.發生以上事件之後,每一位職員都逃避我哋三枱,由於切蛋糕需要餐具去食用,但職員收起晒我哋所有嘅餐具,而食蛋糕需要餐具,所以我哋亦有叫職員提供返餐具俾我哋。呼叫嘅聲線同埋動作都好肯定在場嘅所有職員都見到,而且很正常地「唔該,可唔可以比啲餐具我地食蛋糕」,但佢哋全部人都扮聽唔到睇唔到,最終要我哋自己去拎。

結論係呢間餐廳既食物其實不錯,但員工態度很差,如果我地3枱不認識,其實你都應該要補回甜品比我地。
因為的確送錯,如果誠懇地講聲唔好意思,我地都會原諒,但職員態度係客人自己唔識分,我送錯沒有問題,錯的都是客人。
