前幾日慶祝聖誕節同除夕,於是就約左男朋友去觀塘食大餐! 係觀塘大家可能都靜係會想起「工業大廈」「CAFE」等等! 但係係半年前,我開始發現有呢一間高級西餐廳存在,裡面既環境同食物質素絕對能媲美中環既級數啊!呢一餐總共有4個Course, $528 per person 先來第一個係蟹肉脆多士,呢個前菜都幾特別,多士上既蟹肉經過調味後味道變得更加突出,再加上多士蠻香脆,兩者一齊食真的不錯!旁邊既係 - 慢煮八爪魚,聽到係「慢煮」都知道口感會比較嫩,同樣地 經過調味後同慢煮,八爪魚變得軟身,前菜都做慢煮真係有花心思啊!之後就係Soup, soup係我的最愛 - Loster Bisque上湯既時候,已經聞到一大陣龍蝦湯既味道,悄悄地飄上來,輕輕攪一攪,湯身稍為有點稠,再飲第一口湯,龍蝦味超級濃郁,口感好creamy,加上湯裏便有小去配菜同龍蝦肉,令到呢一個湯更加豐富!主菜有兩款選擇分別係慢煮雞肉同埋魚,我就揀咗慢煮雞肉,呢一個慢煮雞肉絕不簡單,裡便釀左好多嘅黑松露,令到呢道菜唔止食到有雞肉嘅鮮味而且仲會食到非常香濃嘅黑松露味道,呢一個配搭都係第一次嘗試,口感更加不用多講因為佢經過慢煮嘅烹

來到甜品嘅部份,當日時日甜品係operate
甜品有研究嘅話呢一個簡直係經典中既經典,有多層嘅layers, 每一部份都有着唔同嘅口感,同時間亦有充滿朱古力嘅味道,甜而不膩,滿意!

最後仲有petit fours同檸檬水作完美嘅句號,當然不少得嘅係罕有嘅服務質素,每次送上枱時都會簡單描述一下道菜嘅成份同烹調手法👍🏻
