今晚去了馬鞍山的這間酒樓食火鍋,想試下不同的湯底,就叫了沙嗲和芫茜皮蛋兩種湯底。上了火鍋湯後,還送了一碟鮑魚和蝦,都非常新鮮的。汽水、啤酒、酸梅湯任飲。各種火鍋配料都有供應,入單叫了肥牛、雞件和炸魚皮。牛丸、貢丸、腸仔、其他火鍋料和蔬菜都可以自己拿,個人推薦水餃和雲吞。
