To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 呢間真係由細食到大,最適合一家大細嚟食。天氣開始轉涼,聖誕又就嚟到,佢地呢到都有個新出嘅winter fest menu😙我地兩個人嚟食就嗌左個紅酒燴牛尾配珍珠洋蔥,番薯,蒜芯,甘筍苗。嚟到好大份,對比我平時食開嘅牛尾,多肉好多😳紅酒好入味,肉質又非常冧😙當然唔小得嗌反佢地signature嘅德國金裝豬牛肉脆皮腸配酸椰菜啦,嚟得呢間德國餐廳,每次豬手同腸都係必點之選😎佢地8點前仲有happy hour, 飲酒嘅我就嗌左杯應節嘅mulled wine, 同個牛尾簡直係perfect match👏🏻唔飲酒嘅就可以嗌杯spice, 類似薑蜜咁,好飲得嚟又暖笠笠🥰題外話,呢到啲staff嘅service 100分👍🏻
